  • Lost Boys star Corey Haim found dead

One of my favorite actors growing up, not so much because he was a great actor, but because he was a part of my "growing up". Did feel he was alway's entertaining. What a bummer.

Appears to have been from a drug overdose. He struggled with drug addiction his whole life, what a sad sad disease.

I agree. It wasn't so much that he was a great actor. It was just part of my youth and growing up.

I remember going to see his movies. Always liked him in Silver Bullet and License to Drive. I too grew up in the same era. Its too bad drugs can do this to a person. It makes you wonder if he was never in movies or famous if he would not be alive today. Sometimes fame isnt what its cracked up to be. R.I.P.

Damn, that's a shame. So many saw this coming. Feldman tried his best to help him shake it. You guys ever catch any episodes of his and Feldmans TV show? It was entertaining, to say the least...

As of right now they are not saying it was a drug overdose. Most likely yes, but he was sick the past few days and was put on medication.

I'm sorry but it's not a shame, the shit head was a drug addict. He had it all handed to him, he wasted it. Good bye idiot.
Listen to them, Children of the night. Oh what music they make.

That sucks but you could see this coming a mile away... drugs!

These are lessons for us as parents to not let this happen to our kids!

He was one of my fav actors growing up...loved Lost Boys, License to Drive, and many more.

                    Enlarged Heart-Water in Lungs.

                    Plus pulmonary congestion.
Of course years of drugs and the abuse received while high can add up to weaknesses and injury.....and as we get older and older theses things make themselves more painfull and long-term deadly.
Over the last 23 years of living behind several taverns I have seen a fair number of 52 to 56 year olds drop dead from alcohol consumption..maybe that was their "plan"?
One 26 yr. old fell off the bar stool and was dead when he hit the floor, he had starved to death by not eating, just drinking booze.
