Only if the property tax man is too aggressive.
Otherwise is there ever really enough space?
I now have a large garage packed full of "things", I can barely walk through it, which doesnot make me "happy", but what did I do before I had this storage space?
I had all of these things before I didn't run out and get a bunch of new junk.
Another of life's perpetual mysterys...
