If your talking about what I'm thinking about, they're made by Digital Light and Sound, the same company that makes the boomstick. They were awesome, I bought both the boomstick and the cracker things, can't remember what they called them though.

Ok picture two black items the shape of old school. Dynamite Now picture your remote for your car alarm once the button is pushed they make a loud loud crackling sound like a pack of black cats or a huge stun gun very impressive device my thoughts are to line a hallway with shock skins. And place the crackers over head. Cool right that will scare them fo sho
