    Eric,

I hate that your haunt is so far away. I would love to see it some time. I hate that you are having to go the trouble of moving, but I know you will take that challenge and make it an opportunity to make your haunt even more awesome than it was before (although, I don't know if that is possible, judging from the pictures I saw last year).

Good luck, and be careful using all that heavy equipment!

Thanks for the comments guys! Yeah, going down the road with the reapers was fun.

Damon, funny you should mention that big reaper skull. That was one of the first big props I made for my home haunt in 2003. I had no money so it is made of wood, chicken wire, electrical conduit, burlap and Monster Mud. The thing is heavy as hell but it only cost around $100.00 in supplies to make. It has gone through many different looks over the years. I'm surprised I'm still using it but I always seem to find a spot for it each season. With different lighting, paint jobs and teeth, it always looks cool.

Here are some shots of it through the years. I already have a spot for it at our new home. The trail is getting longer by the day. I'll have to measure it sometime, lol!

    Enjoy,

    Eric

Did I mention Artifact Images kicks ass? They came by to visit the haunt under construction and snapped these. I love the photos, it gets me pumped for the show and finishing the haunt or at least getting it good enough to open, lol!

    Check them out.

Now for my photos, a new facade going up. This will be lighted flickering orange with smoke pouring out everywhere.

    These slabs are incredibly heavy!
