    I just thought that you might like to know that Rocky Point Haunted House that finished for good this last year had their property up for sale for 3.3 million dollars and it sold within days of being on the market. So for those contemplating purchasing that land or building here is 3.3 million reasons why you should.

    We're leasing, but with an options to buy. I hope we can change our status from lease to own soon! : )
