I saw the movie over the weekend, and liked it, but didnt love it.
I thought the makeup was kinda plain until they showed the close-ups of his face towards the end. I was pretty impressed then. You could see his tendens and muscles moving under the skin on the left side of his face.
Like Shawn, its been forever since I've seen any of the movies except the first one. But I wanted to go in with an open mind since I knew they were re-doing the series.
Overall it was good, but it didnt blow me away.
Looking forward to the next one though!
