Looks great! Thanks for posting it. What is the price?

I remember when silicone masks was a new concept now a half dozen or more companies are now offering them. I'd love to see them start selling under $500 instead of going up towards $1000

Thanks Allen, this is a Orc type creature that Juan did for me recently. The picture is not that good but this thing is killer.

Finally, cool silicone masks that won't break the bank. $400 for one is much more fair than $500-$1200. These look great too! Is the orc one $400 as well or more with the hair? Also, could you get custom paint ups on them as well?

PS: Allen I think what you are selling your silicone masks for is amazing as well. Many people want silcone masks but can't afford the ever-increasing prices they go for now....

I freaking LOVE the orc mask! The hair adds so much character to it!!!

...Just what I predicted some time ago -- more mask dealers enter the market, the price goes down.

It's probably gonna be a while longer before they become affordable in the way of $100 or so per mask, however, I like the direction prices are headed!

I feel mask prices are a catch22 -- I personally like the fact cfx charges a lot for their masks because of the originality factor and with a higher price point, the masks aren't in EVERYONE's haunt. If prices dip too low and every can afford to buy dozens of the same mask then it will be no different than the props you see at Spencer's that every haunt owns.

GOOD TO SEE FRESH FACES IN THE INDUSTRY THOUGH AFFX!!!!

I have made several silicone masks for my haunt, and I can tell you now that the $100 silicone mask is not possible unless you make it yourself. The material cost alone will run $100 if you exclude the cost of making the mold. These masks are made of platinum cured silicone. The key word here is PLATINUM. Unless someone comes up with a different method of producing a soft silicone, then the prices aren't going to drop that much. Of course methods and materials change all the time, so who knows what the future holds.

DA, Custom paintjobs wont be a problem at all, any hairing of a mask will be extra due to the time it takes to do one. I think Juans vision is due to being such a talented tatoo artist. Anything from painting a pet portrait to airbrushing a car he does everything in a professional manner. He will be on the forum shortly to answer any questions you have. I will post pictures of different masks this evening. Thanks for the kind words!
