Scare-A-Torium & Dead Acres will be open on Friday, June 4 during the Midwest Haunters Convention. Here’s your chance to tour two fantastic haunts in the Columbus area. The Scare-A-Torium has over 30 scenes in a 55,000 sq ft building. The main attraction is a collection of fears from around the world, while RIP’s Funhouse provides fun and fright with scares never seen anywhere before. We won’t give away the secret, but everyone talks about getting frightened in the Funhouse. You’ve got to see what can be accomplished when experienced haunters take brainstorming to the next level. We’ve recruited additional actors from around the Midwest to perform Friday night. A costume store at the exit will be open with steep discounts for attendees.
Dead Acres Haunted Hoochie is next up with a new 3D attraction called Bad Trip. Dead Acres is entering their 18th season of fright with the most intense haunted attraction in the world. This over-the-top attraction is an experience like no other. Every October people travel from around the world to experience Dead Acres and this is your chance to see it for yourself. They’ve invested over $600,000 in this attraction and their actors go over the top with illusions and gore. Be warned; you could be touched or extremely frightened on this tour.
