Cost of Sales

What should you include as Cost of Sales (COS) when preparing financial statements for your haunt? I have a pretty good idea, but I want to make sure i'm on track. My haunt will not offer any products (t-shirts, concessions, etc.) this year, just the service of the haunted attraction. Any ideas?
