It was a school. couple more pics. Yes it has a nice size parking now but its on over 2.5 acres.

The middle piece at least, built 1908, then a 1905 gymnasium, then a 1940 gynaisum& classrooms, then the 1955 addition to hook the old gym to the rest, ending up a "C" shaped continoius building going from three floors to more as it goes.
It was auctioned off about three years ago for $2,500.oo..the guy who bought it still doesn't know what to do with it.
(Kind of a BIG project for someone who doesn't already have alot of money.)

No, I haven't stopped working on my house since I bought it 23 years ago and it's not finished (to my liking) yet!
The old school is so big you could not see all the rooms in it in an hour, even if you were in a hurry.
How any one man could repair or remodel such a huge place defies anyone's logic & pocketbook.

what a set up. I also noticed steps coming up from a basement-type area. Lots you can do with this place. You are so lucky! good luck. where are you located????
