  • "Scene Setters"

    Hey Guys,

Has anyone used those rolls of "scene setters", and does anyone know who makes them?

I carry a few of the products.
And I've used them in my home.

This is a pretty large set....

My mom used them (or a similar brand) to decorate for a halloween party. They're okay looking. She had to use tape to keep hers up...I don't think they are clingy. She had tombstones, bats and crows breaking through windows. I think that she said she ordered them through M & N Int'l. I know I've seen some at Party America, too.

They're made by the same company for Rubies.

We used them last year to make our "oversized woodshed" look like a stone building.

                      Hi Everyone,

The Scene Setters are made by Amscan. You can use a product callled Stickey Tack to hang the product with no damage to your walls. We carry the full line of Scene Setters at HauntedFog.com

                          ...

I have to ask.. Why not use traditional wallpaper? Although you can only use it for interior applications, it's one of the easiest ways to create many Scenes. I used wallpaper in my haunt for years. There is even recessed prints for the ultimate illusion.

                          Here are some samples

Now that's some cool wallpaper. Don't think I've ever seen that at Home Depot.

I honestly thought the Scene Setters stuff on the outside of our haunt was pretty tacky looking. It looked Cheap. But - it looked better than mis-matched plywood when we had 17 days and NO money to move out of our building and into a parking lot.

I bought several packages of Scene Setters last year. Grim Reaper, Skeletons behind Tombstones..that sort of thing. I haven't used them yet, but I'm thinking about putting them on the walls of our Arboretum. With ivy running all over and around them, as well as other plants, they should look okay.
