Advise from the wise

[DDJR]

Im going on my my third year as a haunter here in
oklahoma city . How valueable is drive by traffic. First
two year we put oursevles in retail spaces that had high
traffic counts. Survey at the door told us that most of our
traffic was from drive by. Also what is the best type of Radio
demographics to use I have been told top 40, although last year we
devoted the bulk of our radio budget towards Top 40 and it backfired
on us . We walked 30% less than the year before.

Whatever insight you can lend would be greatly appriecated.....

"Drive By"? My Place? hahahahaha!

2 blocks off a little used old highway in a small town (village?) in the middle of a big cornfield, behind the store fronts, all alone surrounded by parking lots, and many GPS units send people 4 blocks south of me, right to the 1940 multiple murder scene.
Radio? Figure out who The Most Popular DJs are and go with their show?
