Part of the Fangoria-Frightfest series of films. It was done in 2008, but came out this year (2010). I Watched it again and again. Deep Discount has it for sale. I guess you can rent it at blockbuster. (haven't checked yet). enjoy!

I'll have to put this one on my Netflix...anyone seen any of the other Fangoria series that just came out? I have been a fan of most of the After Dark Horror Fest films...I'm assuming this is Fangoria's answer to that series...

Havent gotten to see many of the Ghost House ones either...anyone seen those ones?

I just got a bunch of them......

"FRAGILE", "THE TOMB", "GRIMM LOVE"-(weird-flesh fetish creep-out) not for me.. others- "ROAD KILL", "HUNGER", "PIG HUNT", "KILL THEORY" and "THE GRAVES". Only saw Grimm Love. Too weird. When I get a chance, I'll let you know about the other ones.
