          Latex for workers

          Regarding Latex for workers..

If you happen to have a costume or other "seasonal supply shops" look for the bottle of Mehron liquid latex.

          OR go thru Mehron directly..

They carry multiple sizes of bottles of latex.. and it is really good stuff...

A little goes a long way with that from Mehron. Depending on how many appplications you plan on using it for ...

Then ALSO try thier 3D GEL .. that IS reuseable..
Versus the latex wich is KIND OF a "one time use" application .. IF it's not taken care of correctly...

          Just my thoughts.

Make sure before any of them use it have them test it with a samll dab on the crook of the arm where the elbow is because many people have latex allergies and do not know it. oh and I third Screamline studios.

I have had a gallon of Hollywood Latex from Morris for nearly 10 years that's still as good as new. I have tried Screamline and Mehron and have had them both gel up on me. Shop around and buy as small a container as you can to make sure it doesn't cause problems with your employees. when you find what works, stick with it.

Make sure they shave their arms or anywhere that the latex is going to come in contact with hair. It DOES NOT come out of hair or beards...ever.*

*it does come out but not easily

I find that Mehron has too much ammonia in it and I swear by Screamline (I've used Mehron, Ben Nye, and Graftobian latex over the years and Screamline is by far the best).

Also, cover any hair with Vaseline to avoid any latex in the hair issues. And I've managed to successfully get latex out of hair, it is just a time consuming process.
