Western Style Props

Im doing a western theme this year and have a few props already built but i need more.. any Ideas for western Props?

Prop is a big word, what are you looking for sets? animatronics?
here is a few ideas
Horse skeleton
haunted poker table (cards shuffle by them selves)
Mine shaft area
good old fashioned wooden caskets with bangers inside
If you did a general store type set then a monster in a box could work
wrecked stage coach

I have a saloon facade with a graveyard, i already have coffins and tombstones, i dont know much about pneumatics...
iIlike the poker table idea, but how would you make the cards shuffel by themselves?
