    ...are you purchasing the proposed 24,000 sq. ft. space? I was looking up property today in my area and I know buildings are an ass of money if I plan on buying rather than leasing. Not gonna lie, over half a million dollars worth of a budget is awesome!! You can throw some of those cheesy props my way. lmao!!

        24000 sq nice have fun with that space.

        your right sometimes they can distract people but if you dont have a lot of momey to spend like me they are kinda pointless to even think about.

          No not buying the space but a lease, the lease is 120k per year. to buy that in my area would be around 2 to 3 million with enough land for parking. My investor wants to see how the first couple of years go before committing to buying land and build a new building.

                Bradenton Florida it is just north of Sarasota and about 50 miles south from Tampa.
