Darkness review from several years ago

So today I judged four rounds of a debate tournament and the winner of the last round was from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. Several of the competitors and I are conversing after the round and I hear the Truman kid say he's from St. Louis, I ask him if he ever visited 'The Darkness', he smiles and says, "Yeah, I think back in it's first or second year", How'd you like it I ask, "I really liked it he says but my girlfriend hated it". By the way he said it both comments were compliments, she was scared and blamed him. We talked a bit about the business model and I explained I was working toward opening a haunt next season.

I have no idea what year he went but he was surprised I knew of it and had fun talking about it. She's not his girlfriend anymore, TD may have been the last straw!
