Dem Bones

A friend just brought me 2 large bags of cow bones..skull included. I have an outdoor haunt and was thinking about bleaching them, splattering them with red paint, and hanging them up in a row that people have to walk through.
Any thoughts on this? Any other ideas about how to use these bones?
