I think most everybody is in recovery mode right now before they start thinking about next season. By checking individual websites and making some calls you may be able to find single items here and there that a vendor might still have from a cancelled order.

I know that HalloweenAsylum.com is having a 50% off sale. It's a good place to go for some masks and small props.
