I know I can't be the only person watching this show. I am a huge fan of the comics and now its the latest show on AMC that I'm happy to be a fan of also. True it aired on a bad night for us, because I'm sure we were all working that night.

So who else has this show as a new guilty pleasure, fess up !!

Been watching it- of course it beats anything else on the boob-tube, but I'd have to say other that a few visually impactful moments its been sort of predictable and a bit slow.

Thats to be expected I suppose, as not everyone out there is a hard-core, jaded zombie nut-bag such as myself. That -and it IS a series, so they have to make the normally 2 hour subject matter last for muuuuch longer.

The doggie-style scene WAS not expected at the start of last night's episode, so I give the producers an A+ for that interesting little curve-ball....

    I'll be watching...

Oh, and I also give them a thumbs-up on the use of the traditional slow-speed zombie style. Although they did get dangerously close to a full tilt run more than once. Playing both worlds I suppose...

I have to say I'm in love with it. The show is almost exactly like the book and with what they have added or changed it doesn't interferer with the the integrity of the main story arc.

An thought I understand this is not the kind of show that is going to give me ideas on how to spruce up what ever haunt I work for, however it does change your thinking a bit. It not a oh cool zombie ideas here I come, its more like a zombie survival guide in HD.

An I think this is the first time we have a show in mini series form about zombies. I searched around and couldn't find any thing. Lets give it up for The Walking Dead !!

Yea... It would be nice for every episode to be about two hours long. I already can't wait for them to get to season two. I'm not saying any thing because I don't want to give away the story but the characters they bring in...

I know some one else is reading this .. right ?

Of course, we are all diggin' this here in Atlanta!! Lots of Netherworld actors ( and one owner!) in the zombie cast We're playing 'spot the zombie you know' every episode...
Here's my asst. costumer, actress Erin Bushko in the last episode:

and a pic of what she looks like w/o zombification..

She was also one of our 'vampire brides' and gargoyles this year.
