    Thanks Much

Do you want a mask or a display head, normally masks are not "museum quality". I just want to know more so we can be of more help.

I know CFX did a silicone mask as custom for someone, I would check with them?

Hey Allen, The company said that mask was a one-time deal and they can do that again. Any other ideas>

Yeah...I have yet to see a good looking Pinhead mask. which is surprising with how simple the general design and even the original makeup was. Same thing with Myers...at least on the commercial market (they are all overly large and sloppy. I talked at length with Doug Bradley (actor who played Pinhead) and amazingly the pins were modified plastic qtips painted silver with actual nail heads glued on. Im sure it could be done very nicely in Silicone...anyone have pics of the CFX one?

Unfortunately to get a good looking mask even in latex you gotta go to private or smaller studios and are going to run in upwards of $100-300 or more per mask. Aside from Haunt Industry specific vendors (which you may see in some specialty costume shops), there are very few commercially available maks that look very good in my opinion.

The reason it makes a bad mask is because its a persons face. Much easier to do in make up, but a big pain in the but time wise. So I will keep my eyes open, but I think a custom silicone is gonna be the way to go.

I know this is an old thread, but we carry a silicone pinhead mask at www.shatteredfx.com

At some point were going to re sculpt it to make it screen accurate.

                        Hope this helps!

                          I have pictures..

Of a fantastic looking photo of a make-up version of Pinhead done by my wife on herself! (before I knew her!) After she got it put on she had to use a public bathroom and going in there looking like a "man" sort of upset a little girl or two probably more than the "Monster" aspect of the make up!
