Thanks for the coments. They told us that we was not allowed in this year because we were to dark last year and they didnt even look at our entry this year so we battled awhile and they went to my facebook and seen the pics and said .. OK.. and we won a FIRST PLACE TROPHY...

          Good Job

The float looks great, us at Arx Mortis made a float too, but threw it together at the last minute, so it wasnt as great, we had a mini replica of our facade and it turned out to look great!

Thats a good looking float, I would love to do a float or two, never had the chance. I have wlaked in plenty (mostly on stilts) but never made a float, our marketing guy isint interested, do you see a return on your coupons that you pass out there (I assume you pass out coupons)

The parade around here doesn't allow coupons or any printed materials to be passed out. Candy yes, but only if you hand it to the crowd and don't toss it into the masses (the rats go crazy!).

                  one phoney wooden Hershey Bar

Lasted me for many years, many parades.
It hung from fishline from the end of a fishing pole sticking out from the front of my Spookmobile and right behind the phoney Hershey bar was a skull looking out from his trap door in the nose of my faux-Superbird. (Real Hershey wrapper with a piece of 1/4inch wood inside)
                  It's on the website: hauntedravensgrin.com
"Don't you kids like candy bars anymore?" I said over the speaker system.
Candy for the crowd only impresses anyone when it's hard candy and someone gets smacked by it , wether it's you or them.
It feels just like somebody popped you with a rock.
