How are you speakers getting ready for the trade shows

I am doing a class on intro to latex makeup at hauntcon this year. I have done step by step makeup on someone and took pics. I put them all together on a power point for my class. Then as im teaching the class I will be doing makeup on a person following the slide slow.


I was wondering what yall are doing to get ready for your class.
