  • Anyone else collect haunt flyers?

Anyone else collect flyers, posters, postcards from haunts? I started last year and have collected a bunch from the Nashville area and a few ticket stubs as well.

I like posters and flyers! The graphics are fun to look at, some have cool story lines, overall theyre just neat! I have a bunch up on my wall haha, along with some x-rays of my skull, teeth, and a few other random things.....very unique wall lol. Gotta have one crazy wall in the house, right?

I collect fliers, posters, ticket stubs. I have several from haunts which no longer exist (Terror on Church Street, Night of Frights, Nightmare in Painesville, etc).

I've held on to quite a few fliers over the past six years my haunt's been running. I look to them for insperation when designing new fliers and posters for my haunt. It's good to see what looks good, what catches the eye, and what... Doesn't.

I've got a flier from the Minnesota Spookyworld (Lesser known than the original) that I hold near and dear to me as it was one of the first haunts I ever went to!

I got a collection of old tickets going as well as a couple flyers. One of the flyers was actually advertising several haunts in a perticular area.....Such a great idea when haunts can come together and advertise like that.

I got another ticket from a haunt that had a coupon on the back for a night club in the area. I thought what an awesome way to get very profecional looking tickets made. Just find a close buy business that might want to go in on purchasing tickets with you. Your haunt gets great looking tickets and the business partnering with you gets some expoure as well.

And like FYF said its good to see what looks good on tickets, what works and what dont. But for the most part, its kind of a reminder of all the great haunts I was able to go out and see. I only hope to get the time this year to add a few more to my collection! HA

Maybe we could start a thread and just upload scans of the fliers we have? I know I'd like to see what you guys have!
