I have been doing alot of research around the darkest corners of the internet but I think asking the pros here would be an easier solution. Is there an site in particular that really shows and explains on the level for a novice on how to go about starting to sculpt latex masks and props? Anything from anyone would be appriciated. I would love to get a career doing somthing along this line of work. Thanks guys!

No there isint.
Just start doing it. Thats the best easiest and cheapest teacher. Buy a bag of ultracal 30 buy a box of water based clay abd buy a head form, you dont even need a head form if you want to practice mold malking, just start with some flat backs.
Check out this series on you tube it walks you through a flat back sculpt and mold. Just do it!
