Question on these bigger animatronics…. Do any of you have them that set up and tear down each year? If you do, how are you managing to move, setup, and teardown these big guys without destroying them in a couple of years?

If you are displaying on one side (the front) then just add 5' to that dimension. If you are displaying him on two sides (3 sides hurts the shock factor) then you would add 5' to the front and then 5' to the side they walk by. I do think its wise in this case to surprise them with the front view- so they enter at its front then walk around one side of it.

For the impaler, you need at least 3 guys. tip him over to his back and keep a 4 wheel dolley under his main frame by his feet. He will wheel around easily.

If putting him in a truck, tip him back so his back leans up against the truck. Lift the feet with 2 guys and slide in.

I have moved this guy alot.

I even had 4 guys pick him up entirely and walk him out of the muddy woods for 600ft.

You will get a knack for it........
