  • What's your sqft cost

Is down south much cheaper then up north? Space here is like $4-6/sqft for a 80s-00s building.

Why yes it is cheaper in the south, still it is tough to pay the cheaper price in a place that pays smaller amounts of money for work when you arrived with nothing but your hobo bag. Are you all packed up?

Watch a bunch of old episodes of Kung Fu or the TV series Hulk to figure out how to go from town to town and make a living just about anywhere until something bad happens and you have to move on. Pay close attention to what happens when someone says, hey you aren't from around here are you?

Another fabulous post from the U.S.Department of Wild Imaginings, now in spectaclar stereo, sponsored by the Adhesives and Sealants Council, suggesting ways to stick things together since the 1800s. Not fabulous in a gay way. Your results may vary. Illinois residents add 8% sales tax. I have been looking for a place since the first of the year. The cheapest place I have found have no parking. Everything has been $6 a sq ft or more except for a couple of dumps with no accessability.
