  • Vortex Canvas?

Does anyone know where I can purchase a canvas for our home made built Vortex? We used a huge tarp the past few years but it is in terrible shape and we would love to get the correct canvas for it. Thanks

Possibly an RV place? Some of them remake canvas on popups and might be able to help you out. Good luck!

Recreation vehicle. They have campers and pop ups and bus like RV's. Most of them in our area offer custom made replacement canvas for the pop up portions of campers so they keep the fabric on hand. Both regular heavy duty canvas as well as the canvas that's been rubberized on one side for waterproofing purposes.

I used this company and they were great. We are outside so I needed a mesh type material. Check them out.

Got to a fabric store and order a bolt of canvas. Or go online, there is a ton of them you can get it from in flame treatment already. Look under theatre material. You can also get ahold of Mark from Nightmare in Ohio. That is where I got mine.

We used a few roles of landscape fabric with glow in the dark paint splattered on it. It's worked out real good so far. If you have an Ollie's Store near you, they have ridiculous prices on tarps.

The Duvetyne would you need to sew it to make it able to wrap wround the vortex? Our rings are 10' and 25' long. Thanks

Yup, sewing is necessary and can be a real bitch, but the results are pro.

In fact sewing + velcro is necessary to make it all work right.
