    Hey everybody,

    I've purchased a couple products from Scare Products during Transworld and I'm looking into ordering some other products, but I'm having issues contacting them. I've been trying to get ahold of them for a couple weeks now, anyone else ever have problems with this?

    Hey, I'm sure you've tried the 800 number, but did you try his cell number? I think it's on his voicemail message.

      Hmmm... I didn't hear him give his cell number on the voice message. Hopefully I hear from them!

        I too have been trying to contact them for the past week with no luck.

        The Vacupatch sets and a few other scenic materials they carry have been on back order according to their website for well over a month. I'm sure I'm not the only one that filled out the "contact me when they become available" form.

        Each time I've tried calling the voice mail is completely full so I can't even leave a message.

        The many sets of used brick vacupatch we need is key to a certain area of our first pro haunt season!

        Hope they get things sorted out ASAP. It's the only order I haven't placed! :shock::neutral:

          It's things like THIS that should make you question the integrity of a company. If you are unable to contact them now, will you be able to contact them if your order is late, incorrect, or not complete? Think about it!

          There are plenty of reputable companies out there (Many of which patrol these forums) that would LOVE to get a phone call for your order!

            Well, I gave up and decided to take my business else where. I feel quite lucky that the claustrophobia I purchased was the floor model... Seems like they have issues. I will not be buying from them until they get their stuff straight.

              I called there once looking for a job, the owner said they are just a distributor and the office in RI, where I live is a 1 man shop, just doing shipping.

                Couldn't agree more. For a company that appears to be as big as Onadira/Scare Products is as a haunt industry vendor you'd think there would be more than one sales number/email to contact.

                I believe it is even more important to at least keep your voice mail box clear for potential business questions and orders...

                Where or who are other vendors that can supply the same or similar Brick Vacupatch scenery??

                    I also got some stuff from them

                    I actually got somebody on the phone a couple of weeks ago, they said they are behind and things should start going out from Transworld in early August. They got backed up, this is my first experience with them so I will take a wait and see approach. But these guys sell their asses off at the shows and then scramble to fill orders...Nature of the beast I guess. Last year I was waiting until late september before I got some of my stuff from other companies. The good thing is that they dont charge until they ship.

                      Frank from scare products is a really great guy, he's not out to screw anyone over. I had a little trouble getting a hold of him myself for different business, but he got back to me in a timely manner. They go to just about every show in the industry and sell the hell out of their products. Its hard for companies to work night and day after the yearly show times (march-may).

                      Just give it time, scare products have much better service and products of quality, than other companies!

                        Our order is running behind schedule and Frank has apologized to me and is trying to fill the order. I hope they can get my order out in time. Our order is pretty small. I will update when our items arrive.
