I need someone to do webdesign and coding

I've seen a few webdesign haunt sites - Rogueshollow, Sinistervision, Redcrow, BrainStorm etc. But none of them seem to have a vast knowledge of coding. Mainly it's either graphical or flash. I need someone who knows about Joomla coding to set up a review system that I have recently bought; called JReviews.

I have a few things that I need this review system to do, also to blend it into the main page of the site.

If anyone knows a person or company who has an extensive talent for coding and making good visuals then please reply to this.
