  • R.I.P. Lance "Fluffy" Oxyer

Fluffy.jpgIt saddens me to break the news of this to everyone but last night while in his sleep Lance "Fluffy" Oxyer passed away last night in his sleep. Lance has been around to many of the tradeshows as his signature character "Fluffy" for as long as I can remember. Always one of the nicest people anyone would care to meet and talk to. R.I.P my friend

I am still in a state of shock; I'd been friends with Lance for years and he was one of the most wonderful people I have ever known. He had such a love of this industry, was incredibly supportive and helpful, and had such a great sense of humor.

RIP Lance, I will miss you so much my friend.

I met him officially this year in a class at MHC, he was so nice. I think he defined the word "haunter" for me.
Thoughts and prayers with the family and friends of this kind soul.

                            I can't believe this.

Our thoughts go out to his family.

Charlie and I met Lance our first year in this industry at HauntCon (2009), he was really warm hearted and always kept us in his thoughts and made it to point to see us at each trade show. The last time we saw him was at MHC --- this is really sad.

                            Rest in Peace, Lance!
