  • Employee/Actor waiver/rule sheet

    Hey guys,

Does anyone have a waiver or rule sheet that they make their actors/employees sign that wouldn't mind sharing with me? I am coming up with just some basic rules to follow and wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything important. You can email me at scfearfarm@yahoo.com if you would like and it would help us out so much! Thanks!

I've got a very detailed sheet that I sale to haunts. It's detailed for their use specifically. I've got applications, employee manuals, security procedures, and actor logs that help you detail pay outs and who worked, when and where. it's really helpful.

you can email me at bloodinkws@hotmail.com

See the picture and go to www.hauntbook.com, this is Kelly's second book and comes with a CD too with all kinds of forms, waivers, etc... I believe it's $29.99 and well worth the price and get the 1st book too if you don't already have it. NO, I'm not affiliated with Kelly, his books are just GREAT resources to have as many on this site will attest too!!

yes, to sale to haunts. Many haunted houses don't have the means or the time to make proper employee manuals and keep all their legal details in order. I'm here to help those who need it. I'm also a creative writer. I've written for several haunts, two of which are currently featuring my work as the theme of their haunts. DITTO! It's a great book/dvd set and Dr Spooktakular is right. Go ahead and get both books and the DVD. I've been using Kelly's documents to great success for our first year haunt.
