  • Got into an accident today...

Today while coming home from work, some guy ran a red light and I popped him going about 30. Thankfully the red-light cameras caught the whole thing and clearly shows him running the light. The airbags deployed and I am bruised and sore, but still serviceable and was able to hobble away. I have a feeling I will be nursing some sore knees and neck bones for awhile.

However this puts a big dip in my finances and budget. As a result of this, (and having to raise some quick cash to pay deductibles on my insurance), I am offering a substantial discount for actor training or voice work for all local haunts in North or South Carolina ONLY. (That's about as far as my old old pickup that I never drive except on weekends will travel). First come, first serve only.

Drop me a line for details. www.rabidbadger.biz

We all have to weigh the factors

Riding around with a bunch of old bags in your car can be very embarrassing if some of your friends recognise you, but then when the metals smack together at high speed it's good you took them for that ride.

Wow Badger, sorry to hear this! Take it easy for the next few days in case your body is still in shock and hasn't yet sent you all the injury signals to protect you. We'll be sending positive thoughts, energy and prayers your way that your healing is speedy my friend! Because the accident was the fault of the other driver, their insurance should cover your deductible when all is settled. Unfortunately, I know that doesn't help you now when you need to cover the fees up front. I'm so glad your airbag deployed and that you had one! Not sure how many friends in NC and SC are on my HauntBook Facebook page, but feel free to post your message there as well if you think it might help get the word out. I'll bet Jonathan will help get the word out for you too on RFR! He's always one of the first to help a fellow haunter any time he can! Take care buddy!

Oh no! Feel better and lawyer up! I got rear ended right before the relay haunt by a row truck company responded to an accident and the guy clearly doesn't belong on the road. They gay false insurance information and refused to let me take my car to get repaired anywhere but their shop, and the state trooper who responded refused to write a police report and wouldn't return any voicemails. So best advice, lawyer up and if he gives you shit, just bash him and anything he's apart of over Facebook and Yahoo reviews. I even brought it to the news and it would have aired about how scummy these people were, I guess that threat made them suddenly find proper insurance info. Jerks. I wish you the best of luck!
