Has anyone done this in their haunt??????

I know that saftey is a concern for the actor, but has anyone ever dug a whole in the ground say a foot or so to put a live actor in it to slowly rise or sit up out of a grave???

We didn't dig a hole, but we built our graveyard on a "hill" made of 2x4s and chicken wire that is about 2 1/2 feet off the ground in the back. We put landscape tarp down and then real dirt and fake vegetation to make it look like a real hill. Then, you can leave about a 3 x 3 ft. void space in the chicken wire and your actor can lay or sit on the ground and come out of the "ground" without having to dig.
