Tips to create an inbred character under $150

We have a big guy, 6'4 , baseball player who just agreed to volunteer at our Haunted House and work the queue line. I really like the silicone inbred masks, but it's not in the budget. Do any companies sell a comfortable inbred 1/2 mask or prosthetic that will give me that scary deformed look?

The "Chicago" style of putting odd, deformed people on video involved placing ads and hiring people who already were deformed looking, ex cetra.
One music video had a beautiful blonde stealing a thumb ring from the vampire's bowl of blood but as she pulled her hand out it was all shriveled and deformed(not "beautiful at all!)yes, it wa actually her own hand and arm, watching closely she reached in with her "good", normal hand/arm, then pulled the ring out with her not-so-good-hand/arm.
