cell phone in the portapotty/!! WTH?!!

Here is a good one for you! So last night I missed all the fun AGAIN! Dang it.. Seems a lady (either drunk or high on something) went into one of our porta pottys and dropped her cell phone into the dang thing... so she and her husband gets all irate and blames it on us for not having a light in the dang thing. And of course he is a lawyer or at least claims he is one. One top of it they DIG INTO IT with their BARE HANDS to get the phone back?!!! WTF?!! So they have Shit all over their hands and now want their money back and are going to sue us and now this lady wants to fight my wife (we do this in Oct. but we make our living teaching TaeKwonDo for the past 30 years) and I am out on the field with a tour so I miss the whole thing. So the wife calls the sheriff and has them escorted from the premisses. What a looser... who does that? Dig in other peoples crap for a phone? Man, that phone must have gotten some reception! Cant wait to get the lawsuit papers and stand in front of a judge and say yes sir.. this is the guy who was up to his elbows in human shit for a cell phone...

We had a couple 'doing it" in there

Happened last weekend. I can't think of a more un -romantic spot to take your gal! Seriously! Where do these people come from. Now we have found people wander into corner of field before for "nature walk". But this was a new low in human nature.

Thorswings- I know its stupid, but litigation is serious. if you could put a halogen over all the port o pots it will really help light them through their white tops. If you show that you took steps to insure that the issue didnt happen again then you are not negligent. I would also inform the company you rent the port o pots from to inform them of the situation, Im sure they carry insurance also. When you contact them be 100% professional because you dont know if the other guy as contacted him first or what he has been told or offered. do not give any more info than you need to to anyone, and always be polite and reasonable (Im sure you are).
Lawsuits suck and nothing may come of it, but it isint a bad idea to be prepared and take steps to protect yourself.

Camping LED lantern

We hang a camping style LED lantern over the porta-pots. Most have a white top that allows light to go through. Change batteries a couple times a season and no need to run power to them. Maybe this is what gave them the 'romantic glow" (see my above post).
