We've used the same online ticketing company for many years; however, each year I like to hear back from others to get your feedback on who you used and why and to see if we should be moving in a new direction with our online ticketing. I'm asking now because your experience with the companies you use are fresh in your minds, even as exhausted as they may be right now!
