Which emergency systems would you recommend? Do most states require the lighting and a voice announcement? Thanks.

Yes most require power termination, lights on and voice annoucement. -
Not just state but city
We have the whole shebang for our system...as it was required by the city. Make sure you look at city codes as well as state codes. Cities are allowed to add to state codes if they so choose.There's nothing wrong with you, there's something wrong with the world you live in.
