Highest Amount of Visitors?

I am just curious if you would all help me out..... I am just wondering what haunt boasts to have the highest amount of visitors through their doors within the season.

I am not talking Knotts Scary farm or Disney. I am talking a haunt that is only open for the fall season.

I know that Rocky Point got 65,000 this last year and I have heard of Netherworlds numbers being in the 50,000 area. Have you heard of others that might be more?

50,000 visitors and no paying customers? How can they remain in business? How can they keep the coffin lid open?
I have people wanting to "just take a peek inside the first room", and "we just want to see what's inside." (DUH!?)
"People!" ain't they sumpthin?
