Hidden messages in photos?

Hey,

So a few years back, somewhere on the internet, I read about some system or trick that when used would show a secret/hidden message on a photo. Basically you take a picture of your friends, then when you look at the photo it says "Beware" or "look out behind you" or any text really, right on the picture. I think it was done with lights or something, but you had to stand in the right place for it to work. Does this ring bells with anybody? I finally have a good idea how to use this, but I can't find it anywhere!
