Commercial Property Insurance

Hey everyone!
I know that this is a crazy week for most with Transworld and what not (hopefully the budget allows next year for us...but this year we're working hard to secure a permanent spot and our money is tied up with that...) but I have a quick question...
Anyone recommend a good place for commercial property insurance? You know, the year round-protect your assest and location type...
Or should I just look local?
I know we've gotten our event insurance recommended by others on here so I figured I'd give it a shot!

I trust Ken Donat and Ken only. Just my 2 cents.

We used him this year and he was great to work with! The mall we were at had very stringent rules and needs and he got it done for us with ease! That was for our event insurance for the month (setup and teardown too).
Does he do building and asset insurance too?
I thought he only did event insurance?

Haha yup! He's the man, he does event insurance obviously but he owns westland insurance now
