Spray foam doesn't really work well in a mold. it air dries and molds tend to seal the foam. vacufom would be good, or latex bones from a plaster mold (very easy to make a plaster plate mold).

Hey all,
I'm trying to figure out the best way to create parts for a room in my maze.
I'm building a giant birds nest out of bones, skulls, misc. body parts..
My plan is to use spray foam for the actual pieces and I thought that I could use the same parts over and
over again but I'm struggling with what to make the molds out of...
Any suggestions??????

your best bet is a silicone brush up mold with a fiberglass jacket. Forget spray foam, try a 5 to 8 lb two part rigid polyurethane foam check out Smooth-on they have all the materials and how to videos!
I watched your U-Tube video on silicone mold...
How well will that hold up??
Do you think I could get 5 or 6 plaster heads out of a hardware store silicone mold??
Also, thanks for all the info, man.. My plan is to build this entire thing myself & your tricks & ideas have been fantastic resources.
the silicone molds hold up great, i hink I did 10 pulls, but remember mine was open backed.
Doesn't seem like it would be impossible to do 2 halves...
I'm going to try something similar to yours and get the hang of it then I'll try a skull...
That real stuff is $$$$$$
