I am looking at maybe switching my online ticket company this year. Who do you use? Your answers are going to make my decision. I used Ticket leap last year. I had no issues with them or the service but I am always open to better options.

    Thanks much

I curious just for comparison as well! We used TicketLeap last season and they were great!! I love all the analytics...I'm about numbers...

As of this past week we've gotten emails from ShowClix and Ticketometer. Ticketometer promises they're superior in terms of social media. This season I'm ALL about upping my numbers so that may outweigh analytics. Not sure. In reality, fees between all the companies are really just pennies in comparison so at the end of the day I'm truly about the company who offers great customer service and ease of use. I also like TL's verification phone apps.

I hear ya. I'm all about great service over saving a few points. I did talk briefly with interactive ticketing yesterday. They quoted a .99 fee per ticket. That is cheap. So I will need to visit with Lee from Ticket Leap next week. I agree on the social media. I think building your numbers is more important then minimal cost differences. It seems to me that Ticket Leaps cost was fairly high compared to Interactive. But I can't remember.

Go with Ticketleap. We looked at companies last year at the Transworld show, and they were the one that were most adaptable and worked best with us. The Phone apps are great.

Ticketleap is who we've been with for about 4 years now and i've found no reason to switch to someone new. Every year they seem to bring something new to the table that makes it easier and more stress free to sell tickets online. I think sometimes if it's not broke don't fix it.
