I am looking at maybe switching my online ticket company this year. Who do you use? Your answers are going to make my decision. I used Ticket leap last year. I had no issues with them or the service but I am always open to better options.

    Thanks much

I curious just for comparison as well! We used TicketLeap last season and they were great!! I love all the analytics...I'm about numbers...

As of this past week we've gotten emails from ShowClix and Ticketometer. Ticketometer promises they're superior in terms of social media. This season I'm ALL about upping my numbers so that may outweigh analytics. Not sure. In reality, fees between all the companies are really just pennies in comparison so at the end of the day I'm truly about the company who offers great customer service and ease of use. I also like TL's verification phone apps.

I hear ya. I'm all about great service over saving a few points. I did talk briefly with interactive ticketing yesterday. They quoted a .99 fee per ticket. That is cheap. So I will need to visit with Lee from Ticket Leap next week. I agree on the social media. I think building your numbers is more important then minimal cost differences. It seems to me that Ticket Leaps cost was fairly high compared to Interactive. But I can't remember.

Go with Ticketleap. We looked at companies last year at the Transworld show, and they were the one that were most adaptable and worked best with us. The Phone apps are great.

Ticketleap is who we've been with for about 4 years now and i've found no reason to switch to someone new. Every year they seem to bring something new to the table that makes it easier and more stress free to sell tickets online. I think sometimes if it's not broke don't fix it.

I went from Etix to Ticketleap. Here and there I'd get a phone call from TL, just asking how things were...no sales pitch...just checking in....thought it was cool. Then I started adding our info to several sites, community calendars, etc. As I did, I came across sites I had not put anything on and it had the correct information and up to date. Turns out TL added our stuff all over to help promote it. If we make money they do. Pretty cool again, I thought. I dont see any reason why I'd leave TicketLeap anytime soon. I couldnt be happier with them.

I stumbled across Ticketriver.com today. Signed up for it, created the event and tickets, and made it so the costumer pays all fees so it doesn't affect our bottom line at all.

I've never heard of Ticketriver before but I was really impressed and don't see anything negative about them anywhere, it just sucks that we have to wait until the end of the month to get paid, but it isn't a real big deal since these are strictly online ticket orders.

We're still using square once we open to process credit transactions.

We had connectivity issues with TicketLeap and lost some $$ due to technical problems, but their customer service is great. Online ticketing for us has been negligible at best, but it depends on the size of your haunt. If you are new or smaller it may not be worth the slight loss in revenue. If you're established and/or pretty big and impressive it might be the way to go.

Since I'm no longer employeed by Millenium 3 computers, I lost my connections to getting websites done. However my best friend has been working on an html site. He's having a little trouble with the flash programming.
I'd like to be able to do online ticket sales myself, but I've NEVER had any experience with this at all.

Any one of these particularly more user friendly than the other?

Is there a way for a new haunt to fabricate an online ticketing setup?
