We have had a new website built and been doing facebook and twitter. But new this year for us we are getting 5000 4x6 postcards double sided full color made. We have many places that will hand them out and halloween stores that will help spread the word. We open Oct 12 this year and run for 8 prime nights fri and sats plus a kids night and halloween . When would be a good time for our people to distribute the postcards and get them out into the general public. What is the best window of not to far in advance that they lose the thing but not to close to open where we miss getting the word out. Any advice?!

How many people are you expecting? If you need a deal on the printing, visit our website. We start advertising for our haunt in June/July. Halloween stores aren't the only places to promote at.

What type of other advertising do you do? For example, my haunt this year is doing 250,000 flyers, Radio, newspapers, web site, banners and much more to atrract a decent crowd of about 8-12,000 customers. Our flyers are out by the week before we open except for a few thousand which we hang on to, to give to our crew to pass out and some to refill at some busier locations.
