Depending upon how big your cave is you might want to go with a spray foam insulation company. If you are doing a cave of any size its the only way to go. We have a 50 foot cave and have had it sprayed and re-sprayed several times. Just make sure that you get the foam that cures with a hard shell verses some of the foam that stays soft. The hard shell will help protect it and makes it feel like a cave. The fist time we sprayed we were only 25 feet long and we spent about $2200 bucks spraying it. If we had used the foampacks we would have been well over that. I do use the foam packs now just to fill in cracks and that type of stuff. Once sprayed and painted it looks cool!

There is a kit that runs about $650- that is the one that I get.
It covers a pretty good sized area.

You'll have to excuse Allen, he's probably out finding more monsters for his museum.

I'll post the video here for him (lol)

The kit I was thinking about trying (this is the 2nd place for me, I lost the original link / store that someone mentioned in another thread that I can't find in 2 minutes and gave up)

I believe this is his kit he's speaking about. He's not the only one to say to use this kit either! I WILL be trying this in the future.

              Good link, good post.

Has it the same fire retardant numbers as does the tiger foam? I didn’t see anything on the page about that. again Thanks!!

The fire rating is on the data PDF. Middle left of the second page.

Just use concrete instead no flame retardant needed
