For those who want to hear about vendor customer service & communication...please call John @ Xtreme Creators. Not only is he a stand up guy, an excellent communicator, but delivers his product as promised! Goes above & beyond to keep you constantly updated about the progress of your animatronic/props. Keeps the customer in the loop as to when your product will ship and takes pride in his builds. I am sure it is not easy (especially this time of year) to keep that type of communication line open as John has done & some other vendors should take note. The next time you are in the market for custom "one off" pieces, please reach out to John & tell him Pickle sent you! yep very true! I had the same experience! Top Notch! He contacts you at each and every step of the process , he even gives extra movements to props then originally purchased just because he thought it needed it. Great Guy!
