The absolutely Oldest Haunted House!

My Brother read recently about a cave with incredible drawings on it's walls. Unlike other caves with artwork, this cave had large renderings of ferocious animals drawn to scare you as you walked passed them , no mere scenes depicting the "Good Hunt" for good luck, this cave was meant to scare!
The artist(s) had very poor light to work by or even to just see their finished work, whereas they never could see it in it's entirety!
The cave is also thought to be 40,000 years old, much older than most other caves with artwork.
Some part of me almost thinks.... I might have sort of almost been there? It sounds familair....
