We have been doing this same scare in our elevator for the last 7-8 years and it works great.

Very good! That would be good for either slow nights, or if you had the space between groups to do this, time wise.

You could also do the more elaborate version early in the season to build up word-of-mouth, and then do a two-mirror effect when you need to crank people thru faster.
