New NY Haunt

I am in the planning process of opening a haunted attraction and am curious if anyone has any tips on getting fundings via loans or investors. Also, what have others done in the process of getting a building, waiting for permits and building the actual haunt. I am making good progress, but it feels like a constant circle. Thank you all!! Any input is greatly appreciated!
